SVO HP Screw in Studs

ARP Chrome Moly Rod Bolts

AR GT40 Aluminum Heads 

    (Allan Root heads, model J302, 37021 & 106 stamped on Pass head, 37023 & 105 on driver's head)

JBA Long Tube headers (No longer manufactured, they better last!)

Manley Stainless Steel Valves

Manley Guide Plates

Crane Hardened Pushrods, Roller Rocker Arms

Edelbrock Performer 351 Intake Manifold (Ford SVO M-9424-A341)

Holley 670cfm Street Avenger series Carburetor - was recently put on

 

            Took from Holley's website: This carb is legal only for off-highway use (except in California  or states that have adopted California emission standards), racing use, or for use on pre-emission-controlled motor vehicles/motor vehicle engines (pre-1966 domestic vehicles certified to California standards, pre-1968 domestic vehicles certified to federal standards, and all pre-1968 foreign vehicles), per the manufacturer's application guide.


Labor done to engine:

 

 

Block:

Radius & prep oil system

Square crankshaft center line to pan and deck to square

Hone cylinders to fit pistons individually

 

 

Crankshaft:

Debur & shot peen

Performance grind - chamber oil passages

Polish and set radius tolerance

Clearance crank journals to low side of tolerance

 

Rods:

Cut beams & polish

Shot peen & fit pins

Replace rod bolts and resize

Big-end & sleeves

 

Heads:

Clean up pocket, Chamber port

Radius

Match ports

True surfaces

4 angle valve seat cut

2 angle valve cut

Set up springs

 

Pistons:

Pin fit to piston

Cut dome & add valve relief

Radius

 

Balance rotating assembly
